Fees Assisted Remortgage - Fixed Term Additional Fees
The law firm will act only for LiveMore Capital and are unable to provide you with legal advice on your mortgage. LiveMore Capital will pay for the standard legal fees associated with the remortgage whether or not your loan proceeds to completion. You may be charged for additional work and services if required over and above the legal work in a standard conveyancing case. Below are examples of some of the most common additional legal fees. Please note they do not include any third-party fees or legal costs:
